Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: June 8, 2026
A1base Inc. d/b/a A1Zap operates A1Zap, SummerIn, and related apps and services. These Child Safety Standards apply to A1Zap, SummerIn, and other A1base or A1Zaps social, community, messaging, creator, or user-generated-content apps and services where people can interact with each other or share content.
These standards are published so users, reviewers, parents, guardians, community members, and app-store teams can understand how we prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, receive reports, and respond to child-safety concerns.
Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
A1Zap and SummerIn strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users may not use A1Zap, SummerIn, or related A1base/A1Zaps services to create, request, upload, share, store, promote, threaten to share, or distribute CSAE or CSAM.
We also prohibit conduct that facilitates or attempts to facilitate child exploitation, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking of children, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualized content involving minors, attempts to obtain intimate imagery from minors, attempts to move minors off-platform for exploitation, or any behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or targets a child.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report child-safety concerns in-app where reporting tools are available. Reports may involve profiles, messages, chats, posts, comments, events, images, mini apps, communities, shared sessions, creator experiences, or other user-generated content.
For urgent child-safety concerns involving A1Zap, SummerIn, or related A1base/A1Zaps services, contact our child-safety team at [email protected]. Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant account, content, message, community, event, or app experience.
General support questions can be sent through the support channels made available in the app or on our websites. Child-safety issues should use the dedicated child-safety contact above.
How We Respond
When A1Zap or SummerIn becomes aware of suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, child endangerment, or related child-safety risk, we may review the report, remove content, disable accounts, restrict features, preserve relevant evidence where appropriate, escalate the matter for safety review, and cooperate with lawful requests.
Confirmed or suspected CSAM is handled according to applicable law. Where required or appropriate, this may include reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the relevant regional authority.
We may also take action against accounts, communities, creator experiences, or other product surfaces that attempt to evade safety controls, misuse reporting systems, retaliate against reporters, or create material child-safety risk.
In-App Feedback and Enforcement
A1Zap, SummerIn, and related A1base/A1Zaps services provide in-app mechanisms for user feedback or reports where users can communicate concerns without leaving the app. Depending on the product surface, this may include reporting tools, blocking controls, safety prompts, support links, or in-app contact paths.
We use reports, support requests, automated systems, human review, community moderation, trusted flags, and other safety signals to enforce our Terms of Service, Community Rules, and these Child Safety Standards. Enforcement may include removal, account restriction, suspension, termination, feature limits, community action, preservation, or escalation.
Compliance With Child Safety Laws
A1base Inc. d/b/a A1Zap complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations for A1Zap, SummerIn, and related A1base/A1Zaps services. We do not permit children under 13 to use A1Zap or SummerIn, and we may apply age restrictions, eligibility requirements, or feature limits for minors and other users where needed for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
Nothing in these standards limits our ability to take faster or broader action when we believe it is needed to protect children, users, communities, or the public.
