A1Zap Creator, Developer, and Publisher Terms
Last updated: May 6, 2026
Effective date: May 6, 2026
1. Scope
These Creator, Developer, and Publisher Terms ("Creator Terms") apply if you build, configure, publish, monetize, operate, distribute, advertise, sponsor, administer, or promote any mini app, AI agent, bot, workflow, integration, prompt package, shared session, community tool, event tool, ad unit, sponsored placement, or similar experience on A1Zap (each, a "Creator Experience").
These Creator Terms supplement the A1Zap Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Rules and Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie and Tracking Notice, implementation standards, review requirements, and any additional written terms we provide.
2. Eligibility
Unless A1Zap expressly allows otherwise, you must be at least 18 to publish a Creator Experience that is public, shared outside your own account, monetized, sponsored, advertised, integrated with third-party services, or capable of collecting information from other users.
Users under 18 may be limited to personal, private, or sandboxed creation features. A1Zap may require parental or guardian approval, age assurance, identity verification, tax information, business verification, or additional review before enabling creator privileges.
Australian users may be subject to additional age restrictions, including restrictions for users under 16 where required by social-media minimum-age obligations.
3. Creator responsibility
You are responsible for your Creator Experience, including its name, description, prompts, logic, configuration, outputs, permissions, data practices, marketing claims, sponsorships, integrations, user support, and compliance with law.
Do not publish a Creator Experience unless you have tested it, understand its data flows, and can explain what information it collects, how it is used, who can see it, and what risks users should understand.
4. Data minimization and permitted use
You may access or use end-user data only through approved A1Zap features and only for the limited purpose of operating, securing, improving, and supporting your Creator Experience within A1Zap.
You may not sell, license, broker, export, scrape, copy, combine, enrich, or use end-user data for independent advertising, profiling, tracking, surveillance, data-broker, AI-training, or off-platform purposes unless A1Zap has approved the use in writing and all required notices, consents, opt-outs, contracts, and safeguards are in place.
You may not request or collect information that is unnecessary for the Creator Experience. You may not collect sensitive information, government identifiers, precise location, financial account information, health information, biometric information, passwords, secrets, access tokens, or information about minors unless A1Zap expressly approves the flow and all required safeguards are implemented.
5. Required user disclosures
Your Creator Experience must be described accurately. The title, description, onboarding text, prompts, UI copy, sponsorship labels, and share text must not mislead users about what the experience does, who operates it, whether it is AI-generated, whether it is sponsored, what data it collects, who can see outputs, or whether content is private.
If your Creator Experience supports public entry, share links, guest access, shared sessions, community distribution, or collaborative use, you must configure it so users can reasonably understand who can view inputs, outputs, uploads, session history, and metadata.
If A1Zap requires a just-in-time notice, age gate, privacy notice, consent, warning, or user confirmation, you must include it exactly as required and may not hide, weaken, or bypass it.
6. No hidden tracking or unauthorized code
You may not add hidden pixels, SDKs, fingerprinting tools, tracking redirects, undocumented outbound calls, malware, crypto-miners, credential harvesters, code obfuscation, or other undisclosed behaviors to a Creator Experience.
You may not use Creator Experiences to measure, retarget, or profile users outside approved A1Zap analytics or advertising functionality.
If A1Zap offers approved analytics or advertising tools, you must use them only according to A1Zap's instructions and applicable law, including consent, opt-out, Global Privacy Control, app-store, and known-minor restrictions.
7. Integrations, APIs, and security
You may use third-party integrations, APIs, credentials, tokens, or webhooks only through approved A1Zap pathways. You must not expose secrets, hard-code credentials, request unnecessary permissions, or use integrations in ways that violate third-party terms.
You must maintain reasonable security for your Creator Experience and promptly notify A1Zap of vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, data leaks, policy violations, or misuse involving your Creator Experience.
Do not attempt to bypass A1Zap's review, safety, content, rate-limit, Sparks, billing, privacy, or moderation controls.
8. AI and automation rules
Do not represent AI outputs as verified, professional, human-authored, confidential, endorsed by A1Zap, or guaranteed accurate unless A1Zap expressly authorizes that representation.
Do not publish Creator Experiences that make or materially influence high-risk decisions about a person's rights, opportunities, health, finances, employment, education, housing, insurance, credit, immigration, legal status, safety, or wellbeing unless A1Zap expressly approves the use and required safeguards are implemented.
Do not build experiences designed to manipulate, deceive, exploit, or pressure users, especially minors or vulnerable users.
9. Youth, campus, and school-facing experiences
You may not publish a Creator Experience directed to children under 13.
You may not publish a Creator Experience directed to Australian users under 16 or to Australian school or high-school communities unless A1Zap expressly approves the experience after social-media minimum-age, privacy, and safety review.
You may not use school, campus, or community affiliation to verify identity, target ads, imply school endorsement, or promote restricted content unless A1Zap approves the flow and all required notices are provided.
10. Prohibited Creator Experiences
You may not publish Creator Experiences that:
- Facilitate harassment, bullying, doxing, stalking, blackmail, exploitation, or discrimination.
- Facilitate child exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, or sextortion.
- Facilitate scams, phishing, fraud, fake giveaways, unlawful financial activity, or deceptive promotions.
- Generate or distribute malware, exploit code, credential theft, spam, or abusive automation.
- Promote illegal goods, terrorism, extremist violence, unlawful weapons activity, or illegal drugs.
- Encourage self-harm, suicide, eating-disorder behavior, dangerous challenges, or serious physical harm.
- Claim to provide professional advice or emergency services without A1Zap approval and appropriate safeguards.
- Circumvent age gates, privacy choices, safety filters, app-store rules, or legal restrictions.
11. Advertising, sponsorship, endorsements, and monetization
If you sell placements, accept sponsorships, run referral campaigns, promote products, or monetize a Creator Experience, all material connections must be clearly and prominently disclosed.
Advertising and sponsorship claims must be truthful, substantiated, and not misleading. You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, youth-protection, privacy, and platform rules.
A1Zap may label, reject, remove, demonetize, audit, or require changes to ads, sponsored content, promotions, creator monetization, or revenue share.
12. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your prompts, copy, content, trademarks, and other materials you submit, subject to the rights you grant A1Zap and other users.
You grant A1Zap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, modify for formatting, safety, accessibility, ranking, and technical operation, and otherwise use your Creator Experience and related materials to provide, review, improve, promote, secure, and administer A1Zap.
You represent that your Creator Experience does not infringe or misappropriate third-party rights.
13. Review, audit, and enforcement
A1Zap may review, test, scan, audit, modify, label, restrict, suspend, demonetize, remove, or refuse to distribute any Creator Experience for legal, safety, privacy, security, product, app-store, user-protection, or reputational reasons.
A1Zap may require you to provide additional information about your data flows, vendors, prompts, logic, security, sponsorships, age posture, or compliance controls. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in suspension or removal.
14. Commercial terms
If A1Zap offers revenue share, paid placements, payouts, creator monetization, or advertising products, additional commercial terms may apply. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for your taxes, accounting, licenses, permits, and reporting obligations.
A1Zap may withhold, offset, delay, or deny payments if needed to address fraud, refunds, chargebacks, policy violations, legal obligations, sanctions, tax requirements, or risk.
15. Termination
A1Zap may suspend or terminate creator privileges or remove a Creator Experience immediately if needed to address legal, privacy, safety, security, product, app-store, user-protection, or reputational risk, or if you breach these Creator Terms.
Sections intended to survive termination will survive, including data-use restrictions, confidentiality, intellectual property, audit rights, indemnity, and payment obligations.
16. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A1Zap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your Creator Experience, content, data practices, integrations, sponsorships, ads, monetization, breach of these Creator Terms, or violation of law, except to the extent caused by A1Zap's own breach or misconduct.
